Dr. Chris Hogue

Dr. Christopher Hogue is a fellowship trained foot and ankle surgeon. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and Board Qualified in Foot and Rearfoot/Ankle Reconstructive Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is originally from Utah and graduated from Utah State University in Kinesiology and Biomechanics. Dr. Hogue ventured to the Midwest for his medical training at Des Moines University and then completed his three-year surgical residency at Ascension St. Vincent Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana. There he served as chief resident and received extensive training in all facets of foot and ankle surgery including advanced trauma, sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery and reconstruction. Dr. Hogue was then accepted to complete a fellowship in advanced reconstructive surgery at Emory University Hospital Midtown in Atlanta, Georgia. While there he furthered his surgical training in complex deformity correction and limb salvage, total ankle replacements, peripheral nerve surgery and minimally invasive surgical techniques. Dr. Hogue strives to personalize each patient’s treatment plan based on their individual needs, utilizing a variety of conservative and surgical treatment options to improve both pain and function.

Dr. Hogue is married to his beautiful wife Katie and they have four wonderful children. They are all very excited to start this next chapter of their life in the Lake Norman area.
