Join us in wishing one of our physicians, Dr. Joe Ades, good luck as he competes in the Spartan Race World Championships on December 3rd 2022. The race, which includes the best Spartan Racers from around the world, will be held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The race is a half marathon with thirty-three formidable obstacles including spear throws, boulder carries, and rope climbs just to name a few.
